• Turnaround Time:
Our time is 8-12 business days after the order is placed and the design (digital mockup) is approved, this time includes production and shipping time. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. We have free shipping in every order.

• Discounts:
Our discounts go by the quantity you purchase per product per design, 6-11(10%), 12 or more (25%), check price chart for discounted unit price, discount we be calculated automatically in your cart at checkout.

• Sizing:
We have Men, Women and Youth sizing. They are true to size and have a regular fit, if you usually use a Medium we recommend you purchase a Medium, please go to our size guide for more information.

• Free Personalization:
Our free personalization includes unlimited logos, names, numbers or any other information you would like to add to your design such as website, social media accounts, phone numbers, services, flags, QR codes, etc. all for one flat fee.

• Design:
If you would like a specific font, color (check our color palette), logo position or any other specification to your order please feel free to add to the NOTES and our design team will gladly adjust the design to your needs at no additional cost.

• Design Approval Process:
If the order is placed with free personalization. we will always send you a digital mockup for your approval before we go to production, please allow 1-2 business days for us to send you a proposal, once it is approved you cannot make changes or adjustments.

If the Blank option is selected it would go straight to production with no prior approval.

• Return and Exchange Policy:
Due to the fact that we manufacture on demand we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or blank products. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

• Cancellation and Modification Policy:
Once the order is placed you have 60 minutes to cancel it, past that time the order cannot be cancelled.
