RETURN POLICY

Due to the fact that we manufacture on demand we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or blank products. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. 

In the case there is manufacturer defect you have to send proof via email at contactus@btxsports.com and we will gladly replace the product as our main focus is customer satisfaction. 

* Cancellation and Modification.

Once the order is placed you have 60 minutes to cancel it, past that time the order cannot be cancelled.

In case you would like to modify your order for a different color, design, quantity or size, please send us an email at contactus@btxsports.com as soon as possible, any modification has to be made before design approval.
