These Terms and any separate agreements for the Service shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.


SECTION 19 – FREE DESIGN POLICY


At BTX SPORTS, we offer a complimentary design service for personalizing existing designs with your logos, names, and numbers. Please review the following:

  1. Customization of Existing Designs
    • Our free design service is limited to personalizing existing templates with your logo, name, and/or numbers. • The overall design framework remains the same.
  2. Logo Requirements
    • We do not create logos from scratch. You must provide a high-quality logo file (.PNG, .JPEG, .SVG).
  3. Design Limitations
    • We do not design new layouts or custom elements beyond simple adjustments like names, numbers, logos, and color changes.
  4. Turnaround Time
    • A digital proof will be provided within 1-2 business days. Revisions are limited to minor adjustments.
  5. Submission Guidelines
    • Ensure that all required files are submitted at the time of order to avoid delays.


SECTION 20 – SHIPPING AND HANDLING


Orders within the United States are expected to arrive between 8-12 business days. Delivery times may vary for international orders. Once shipped, the courier (FedEx, USPS, DHL) is responsible for the package.


SECTION 21 – COUPONS & DISCOUNTS


Discounts are subject to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: Discount offers are available to registered users only.
  • Validity: Offers are valid for specified timeframes or quantities and are subject to modification.
  • Usage: Limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions for the Sponsorship Program “Team Advantage Plus”


1. Purpose of the Program


The “Team Advantage Plus” program aims to provide partial or full sponsorship for sports teams, allowing them to acquire uniforms through the sale of advertising spaces with the assistance and involvement of BTX SPORTS.


Participating teams will receive customized uniforms with their names, numbers, and logos, along with access to a personalized virtual link bearing their team name. Through this link, sponsors can purchase advertising spaces to help fund the cost of the uniforms.


2. Obligations of Teams Participating in the Program


Teams enrolled in the program agree to:

• Uniform Requirement : Commit to require a minimum of 12 uniforms to qualify for the program.

• Payment Compliance: Cover any remaining balance not financed by sponsors.

• Program Promotion: Actively promote the virtual link and encourage sponsors to purchase advertising spaces on their uniforms.


Share photographs and videos with BTX SPORTS for social media use.


3. Obligations of BTX SPORTS


As part of the program, BTX SPORTS agrees to:

• Uniform Production: Manufacture uniforms according to the team’s specifications while maintaining quality standards and agreed delivery times.

• Creation of a Personalized Virtual Link: Provide teams with a customized virtual link for sponsors to purchase advertising spaces.

• Sponsorship Contribution: Of 30% on baseball, soccer or basketball uniforms, according to the described details of their sponsorship program.


4. Advertising Spaces and Sponsors


Teams must understand that partial or full sponsorship of uniforms depends on the sale of advertising spaces via the virtual link. Sponsors will purchase these spaces, and teams are responsible for effectively promoting the link.

• Allocation of Advertising Spaces: Sponsor logos will be placed on the specified sections of the uniform (e.g., right sleeve, left sleeve, right chest, left chest, upper back, lower back).

• Sponsor Payments: Sponsor payments are made directly to BTX SPORTS through the virtual platform. If uniforms are not produced due to unforeseen issues, sponsor payments will be refunded directly to the sponsor.

• External Sponsors: If the team secures sponsors outside the program, the team is responsible for paying any remaining balance on the uniforms.

• Access to Virtual Link: The team must share the link with sponsors and their community to maximize sales opportunities.


5. Program Duration


The virtual link will remain active for one month, during which at least one advertising space must be purchased to secure the team’s enrollment in the program. At the end of the campaign, sponsorship renewal for the next cycle may be considered.


6. Responsibility and Liability Waiver


• BTX SPORTS will only accept the total cost of the uniforms—neither less nor more.

• Teams are responsible for promoting their virtual link and managing relationships with sponsors.


7. Program Termination


Teams may cancel their participation in the program at any time, subject to agreed payment and delivery terms. BTX SPORTS may also terminate sponsorship if the team fails to fulfill payment obligations.


8. Terms and Conditions for Design Usage


• Design Purpose: BTX SPORTS provides design and customization services. Designs must not promote violence, racism, discrimination, hate, or any actions that violate human dignity or public order.

• Responsibility for Design Content: Teams are responsible for ensuring that their designs comply with legal regulations and do not promote violence, racism, or discrimination. BTX SPORTS is not liable for customer-provided content.

• Right to Reject Designs: BTX SPORTS reserves the right to reject or modify any design deemed offensive or inappropriate. Approval of a design does not imply responsibility for its content.

• Liability Waiver: By using BTX SPORTS services, customer agree to release the company from liability arising from the misuse of designs for purposes contrary to these terms.

• Policy Updates: BTX SPORTS may update these terms without prior notice. Customers are responsible for staying informed of current terms.

• Acceptance of Terms: By placing a design order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and assume full responsibility for the consequences of the design.


9. Acceptance


By participating in the “Team Advantage Plus” program, teams agree to these Terms and Conditions and commit to meeting all stated requirements.

At BTX Sports, we are committed to delivering your custom sublimated jerseys within 14 calendar days from the date of artwork approval and payment confirmation. If we fail to meet this commitment, you are eligible for a full refund under the following terms and conditions:


What’s Covered:

• This guarantee applies only to custom sublimated crew neck short sleeve jersey orders.

• The 14-day period begins the next business day once:

1. Final artwork is approved in writing, and

2. Full payment is received or approved (if on account).

• The order must be confirmed in writing with all sizes, quantities, and delivery address(es).


Exclusions & Restrictions:

• Orders that require changes after artwork approval are excluded from the guarantee.

• Delays caused by the customer (e.g., late size submissions, missing information, delayed payments) void the guarantee.

• This guarantee does not apply to:

• Orders affected by natural disasters, shipping carrier delays or if shipping address is located in a remote area within the US, or force majeure events.

• Orders requiring complex customization outside our standard template or requiring new template creation.

• This guarantee only applies to standard domestic shipping. If international or expedited shipping is requested, delivery time may vary.

• BTX Sports reserves the right to verify shipping and delivery logs before approving a refund.
